OHMAS Facility Accreditation

The Ohio Department Of Mental Health & Addiction Services (OhioMHAS or OHMAS) is the state agency responsible for licensure and certification of mental health and substance abuse facilities. Becoming an OhioMHAS (OHMAS) accredited facility can significantly increase reimbursement for services provided to Ohio Medicaid recipients, including those enrolled with Medicaid managed care organizations Buckeye Cenpatico, Caresource, Molina, Paramount, and UHC Community.
